Cabin Crew – Finkenwerder, Germany
At Titan Airways, we are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew team based at Finkenwerder Airport in Hamburg.

What You Can Expect
We value our people and offer a rewarding and supportive working environment:
- Starting salaries from €28.720 - €38.000 dependant on rank
- €100 per duty
- Meals provided while on duty or use of a company credit card for food and soft drinks when away from base
- 45 days off per year, rising to 50 with service (inclusive of bank holidays)

- Paid basic salary during initial training – some of this may take place in the UK
The Role
As Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of safety and customer service on board. You’ll represent Titan Airways with professionalism and pride, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all passengers.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about customer service excellence
- Confident communicators, able to engage with passengers from all backgrounds
- Team players with a flexible and positive attitude
- Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Committed to maintaining high personal and presentation standards
Essential Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Right to reside and work unrestricted in Europe
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to swim and reach a height of 212 cm
- Hold a full, valid driving licence and have access to a car
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
Desirable
- Knowledge of German and another second European language
- Previous customer service experience
Training
You will complete an initial training course, where you’ll receive your basic salary and gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed as part of our Cabin Crew team.
